Protecting your privacy is of utmost importance. Therefore, to maintain proper security, we ask that you not email your information to us, but provide it via telephone, at your convenience, to our Practice Manager, Jennifer. She will contact you prior to your first appointment. Please be prepared to relay your information as follows:

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without being charged the full fee for that time reserved ONLY if 48 hours advance notice is given.
